Am scris destul de putine posturi despre filmele, actorii, serialele mele preferate asa ca e cazul sa incep sa-mi fac din asta un obicei. Acum cateva zile a trecut in nefiinta actorul care a dat nastere unuia dintre personajele cheie din viata mea. Este vorba de Larry Hagman cunoscut publicului larg drept J.R. Ewing din Dallas. Imi propusesem de mult sa scriu acest post, sunt deja cateva luni bune…un articol despre personajele din seriale in care ma regasesc…4 la numar, mai jos in ordinea numerelor de pe tricouri :):

Dar sa incepem cu inceputul. Majoritatea stiti ca atat J.R. cat si House sunt “bad guys” si cu toate astea sunt printre cele mai iubite personaje din istoria serialelor de televiziune (Si nu zic eu asta…sunt statistici). Practic asta spune ca aceste personaje sunt placute la nivel de fictiune insa in realitate sunt dezaprobate si chiar urate cateodata.Sincer…nici eu, care inteleg perfect acest tip de personaje pentru ca fac parte din felul meu de a fi, nu as vrea sa am de-a face cu astfel de oameni in realitate…prea des :D. Revenind la subiect…cel de-al treilea personaj, Ed, este a “good guy” iar cel de-al patrulea este o combinatie :).

In postul de azi voi vorbi despre  singurul personaj dintre cele 4 care m-a influentat si care a fost un model pentru mine (oricat de multe sprancene va ridica si oricat de multe persoane vor fi dezamagite de faptul ca gandesc si marturisesc asta): J.R. Ewing. Restul personajelor sunt pur si simplu personaje care imi plac la nebunie si in care ma regasesc foarte, foarte mult.

Sa-i luam pe rand insa si sa vorbim putin despre ceea ce imi place la ei…Cine ma cunoaste va sti cu siguranta ce am luat de la personajele respective si ce nu…cine nu ma cunoaste va trebui sa fie cu ochii-n patru si sa incerce sa afle (daca vrea) ;).

1. J.R. – the man everybody loved…to hate

Pe scurt, J.R. este definitia rautatii intruchipate :). Il depaseste pe Simon Cowel de la o posta 😉 il depaseste si pe Russell Hantz (cunoscut fanilor Survivor – voi scrie un post si despre acest show). Personal chiar cred ca este cel mai “ticalos” personaj din istoria televiziunii. Le are pe toate cu varf si indesat…si cu mult sarm pe deasupra.

Pe lung, J.R. este un nesuferit fara pereche, ironic, vulgar, ingamfat, care trateaza lumea de sus, care ar face ORICE sa-si deplineasca scopul inclusiv sa raneasca persoane pe care le iubeste, nu are constiinta, minte, inseala, santajeaza, fara loialitate (nici macar fata de familie…exceptie poate doar fata de Jock, tatal sau), razbunator si lista cred ca poate continua mult si bine. Poate va intrebati de ce imi place personajul si de ce l-am luat de model? Raspunsul meu e simplu…de ce nu? A fost respectat (fie doar si pentru simplul fapt ca inspira teama), a fost cel mai bun in ceea ce facea, toate se faceau cum vroia el, a avut succes si a fost si iubit…ce nu e de placut?! Acum…nu am luat nici eu tot de la el…am ales doar chestiile care mi-au placut si pe care le-am inteles.

Chiar daca Larry Hagman a murit pe 24 Noiembrie, J.R. nu a murit si nu va muri. Zambetul lui va ramane pentru totdeauna, privirea lui agera si patrunzatoare nu va fi uitata, replicile sale taioase vor avea acelasi efect in timp.   • Who Shot JR? Pe 21 Noiembrie 1980 peste 83 de milioane de oameni au vizionat premiera sezonului 4 din Dallas pentru a afla cine l-a impuscat pe JR. Aproape 38% din populatia Statelor Unite a vizionat acest episod, adica 76% dintre toti cei care au urmarit tv in acea seara. Ratingul de 53.3 a fost cel mai mare rating al unui episod dintr-un serial TV in istoria Statelor Unite pana in Februarie 1983 cand a fost difuzat ultimul episod din M*A*S*H*. Ramane si in acest moment pe locul doi in topul celor mai urmarite episoade din seriale TV din toate timpurile.
  • Larry Hagman a fost total opus personajului pe care l-a interpretat: umil, bland, amuzant, fermecator si loial aceleiasi femei, Maj, cu care a fost casatorit pentru 59 de ani.
